Life on board

Behave in a respectful manner towards other passengers, staff, and transport equipment.

On public transport, I must behave respectfully towards other users, staff and equipment.

I arrive at the stop a few minutes before the scheduled time.

At the stop, signal to the oncoming driver to stop.

Swipe your ticket every time you board a bus, even when transferring between two different buses on a single journey, and even if you have a subscription card.

Once on board, move towards the back of the bus to allow other passengers to board.

If you are standing in the bus, hold on tight to the handrails.

Children under 6 travel free.

If you are travelling with a pushchair, fold it up and keep it out of the way during the journey.

Pregnant women, the elderly, and passengers with reduced mobility have priority seating.

When you want to get off, press the "Stop requested" button a few dozen metres before the bus arrives at the stop.

For your comfort and safety, the buses are under video surveillance.

You can board the bus with a surfboard no more than 2 metres long, which you must hold to avoid any risk of it falling.

You can pay for your ticket in cash, but banknotes over €20 are not accepted.

Passengers are prohibited from eating and drinking on board the bus.

Passengers can listen to music using earphones or headphones, so as not to disturb the other passengers.

All vehicles on the network are non-smoking spaces.

The emergency exits should only be opened in an emergency.

Passengers are prohibited from asking for money or handing out or selling any merchandise on the buses.

Passengers will be refused access to the bus if visibly intoxicated.

To board the bus, passengers must not be wearing rollerblades or roller skates. Only folding bicycles and wheelchairs are permitted.

Pets are not allowed on board, with the exception of guide dogs and small pets held in a travelling case.

Damaging any equipment, spraying graffiti, and littering are strictly prohibited.

While on board, keep your feet on the floor and not on the seats.

Bulky objects or objects containing dangerous substances are not permitted on board.
