The steps to sign up and book your car
- Step 1: Sign up on the Citiz website or in the Citiz mobile app
- Step 2: Reserve a car for the duration of your choosing (1 hour, 1 day, or longer)
- Step 3: Use the mobile app to unlock the vehicle doors
- Step 4: Use the mobile app to check the condition of the vehicle and access the key
- Step 5: Use the AUPA car for your journey and keep the key with you at each stop
- Step 6: At the end of the rental, the car must be returned to its original station
- Step 7 : Use the mobile app to lock the doors
